That Takes the Cake, Capital Confectioner's Cake & Sugar Art Competition Show is open to all cake decorating and sugar art enthusiasts. 2009 marks the 5th Annual Show. The contest provides an opportunity for cake decorators and sugar artists of all skill levels to practice and showcase their talents.
The weekend-long event includes the judged competition, onsite competitions, hands-on classes, vendors offering hard to find decorating tools and supplies, a very special Saturday night dinner/demonstration event and showcase Demonstrations on Sunday highlighting some of the best decorators in the world.

When I was 18 years old, I wrote my first autobiography. I just wanted to share alittle info about me, why I enjoy cooking and baking so much. I love working with food and a chance to work with others chef.I wanted to go to culinary arts school and become a Great Chef.

My name is Tyshawn Stallion. I recently turned 18 year old, having been born on June 11, 1969. I attended Austin Public Schools through the twelfth grade, Iam graduating this year. I first became interested in cooking and baking, when I was very young. I often found mysilf in the kitchen helping my mother and my grandmother cooking sunday dinners.
